Rochelle is an Arizona Department of Education certified teacher and administrator who brings 35 years of experience in education, leadership, and program development. With her passion for helping children grow into confident, capable individuals, she has worked closely with students and families to create environments where children feel supported, challenged, and deeply understood.
Addition to running Private Learning Studio, Rochelle specializes in one-on-one tutoring for students K-5 as this is the most critical in developmental habits. She supports students who need remediation or extra time to catch up, using a structured and encouraging approach tailored to each child's needs.

Nichole Elliott
With over 28 years of hands-on teaching and mentorship experience, Nichole brings a deeply rooted, real-world approach to guiding children and young people. Her background spans youth development through scouting, survival skills training, life coaching for youth groups, and leading engaging micro-classes focused on practical, everyday life skills.
As a mother of five and grandmother of three, her understanding of children goes far beyond the classroom - shaped by decades of nurturing, guiding, and supporting growth across multiple generations. This lived experience allows her to connect with children on a meaningful level, creating a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where each child feels seen, capable, and valued.
She is passionate about creating screen-free, hands-on learning experiences that build confidence, resilience, and strong character. Her mission is to help every child develop the life-skills, mindset, and leadership qualities needed to find purpose and thrive - not just in school, but for the rest of their lives.

We offer specialized enrichment classes designed to enhance confidence, independence, great communication, and daily decision making. Each class accelerated from power-packed learning right into practical application. Hands-On experiences build resilience, intelligence and character. Public Speaking -
Children learn how to speak clearly and confidently in front of others through fun presentations, storytelling, and guided speaking exercises in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Baking/Cooking -
Children learn basic kitchen skills, safety, and how to follow simple recipes while building independence, teamwork, and confidence through hands-on food preparation and learning.
Confidence Coaching -
Children practice self-belief, positive self-talk, and courage-building activities that help them try new things, handle challenges, and trust themselves!
Studio Art -
Children learn creative expression through story, color, and imagination. This class teaches to let go and let feel and whatever comes out from within, can be art.
Character & Leadership Development -
Children focus on building integrity, respect, responsibility, and confidence through teamwork, role-play and age-appropriate leadership challenges. See the change in 1 class!
Conscious Spending & Budgeting -
Children are introduced to money basics, including saving, spending choices, and value awareness through games and real-life scenarios designed for kids.
Social Dilemma & Accountability -
Children explore everyday friendship and peer situations, learning how to think through choices, understand consequences, and make respectful, thoughtful decisions that impact not only us, but everyone around us.
Organization & Routines -
Children develop simple systems for keeping their space, schoolwork, and materials organized while learning to create routines that build responsibility and independence.
